California State Licensed Care

California law established the Home Care Services Consumer Protection Act which, as of January 2016, requires Home Care Organizations to be licensed and creates a public online registry for Home Care Aides who have been background checked. This law is intended to promote consumer protection for elderly and disabled individuals who hire private aides to come into their homes and provide assistance with activities of daily living. Heritage Senior Care was amongst the first to receive this new licensing and adheres by all laws that affect this industry.

CAHSAH Certified

Home Care Aide Organization Certification Program
This program allows home care aide organizations, or components of home care organizations which provide home care aide services, to submit evidence that they meet CAHSAH’s Certification Standards for Home Care Aide Organizations. Such requirements are in addition to those that went into effect as a result of the California Home Care Aide Organization licensure statute mandated by the enactment of AB1217 effective January 1, 2016.

With our full time recruiting program, Heritage has built a large resource pool of caregiver. Having caregivers available at the spur of the moment can help solve the burnout factor of your family and friends. When you need help we are ready and able to get started within just a few hours. Our Personal Care Attendants strive to provide for your every need; preparing meals, light housekeeping, providing transportation, personal care and medication reminder just to name a few.

Long-Term Care Insurance Welcome

Being in the Long-Term Care (LTC) industry for over 34 years.
I have come to understand and learn how long term care insurance policies work, but also the reality of the care options that they pay for. Moreover, I love helping seniors and family become more comfortable, as we worked together to resolve claim related issues. My specialty is long–term care insurance (LTC or LTCI) services! I will personally assist you with the entire claims process and handle all related paperwork and claims resolutions with no additional charge. :) Roni Mayben, President/Administrator

Using our centralized call-center, we easily access key information via our computers, touch screen pads and phones. With quick availability to your personal file we can easily direct our personnel at a moments notice. We also provide complimentary electronic monitoring systems, lock boxes and pill dispensers when needed to safely provide the care you need. Our quick caregiver response is a service to our local community.

Affordable – Uncompromising Senior Care

We offer prevailing caregiver hourly rates starting at $22.00 per hour. We can customize a home care plan that fits your individual needs. Care can be scheduled from 4 hours to 24 hours a day, either in advance or on an as-needed basis. This good news, we have said before; “The Care Management Services, available always, are included in the customized package price. There are NO hidden charges – EVER”!

DIAMOND SERVICE – Assessment & Care Plan

Our Care Managers perform an in-home assessment to identify your individual needs. Then a care plan is written and implemented. Afterwards, we make regular follow up home visits to keep your care plan updated with any changes that take place.


Did you know that up to 75% of home care companies do NOT employ, screen or insure their caregivers? As of 2016, California Caregivers will be state licensed and tested. Rest assured that our team is leading the way for our Heritage “Employees” to be compliant with the new laws in order to mitigate your risks, They are compassionate, experienced, intensely screened, competency trained and fully insured / bonded with Workers Compensation and Liability Insurance.

DIAMOND SERVICE – Care Supervision

Our Care Managers personally supervise the care we provide to you at home. Making changes when necessary and always in cooperation with your input.

DIAMOND SERVICE – Doctor Appointments

Our Care Managers will assist in setting up doctor appointments, and report any pertinent information to the family and doctor.
