Our Bedside Care provides compassion and comfort. We work under the guidance of and inconjunction with your Hospice or Medical Team to provide loving and individual care.

Veterans Care
Do you qualify for free in-home care?
The Aid and Attendance program can pay for in-home care for veterans and spouses. Heritage Senior Care works with the Vet Assist Program to provide in-home care with no out-of-pocket costs to the veteran, their spouse or widow.
Qualifications
• Veteran served 90 days active duty, one day during wartime with an Honorable Discharge
• Has a medical condition which requires lifelong assistance
• Financial limitations n income and assets in relation to medical expenses or minimal liquid assets
• Assistances is needed with activities of daily living

Discharge Transportation
After a stay in rehab or the hospital everyone cannot wait to get to the comfort and safety of their home. Heritage offers discharge transportation that goes beyond simply the ride home:
• Introduction in the hospital/skilled nursing facility/rehab with our care staff
• Preparation and tidying of the home before your arrival
• Cleaning out the fridge, restocking the fridge and pantry
• Picking up prescriptions and other medications
• Cleaning and replacing linens
• Everything setup to make home feel like home

She has been in the long term care industry for over 40 years and is an expert and understands what how insurance companies work, what they will and will not pay for and how to navigate their procedures.
