If you are a veteran and qualify for the in-home care program, we are contracted with the VA to be a provider at no cost.

If you are already accessing your VA benefits, you need to get a referral from a primary care physician at one of the VA hospital locations (La Jolla or Oceanside).

The VA Aid and Attendance benefit helps eligible veterans and their surviving spouses cover the cost of in-home care, assisted living, or skilled nursing. This program provides additional financial assistance to those who require help with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, or meal preparation.
